Does anyone feel the same way as me? I entered the field two years ago able to do Leetcode easy questions and a handful of mediums. This was definitely more than enough to get a job back then for me at a respected company. Now, I am failing technical interviews at unknown companies because they are consistently asking mediums and hards. A seed funded startup asked me to do a difficult dynamic programming problem involving strings. A non-tech company asked me a hard graph traversal question. Sure, I will explain my thought process during the problem. But I feel like a lot of interviewers are looking for memorized answers.
